The service, from the initial telephone call booking the test drive, to completion of the purchase was excellent. We sent a request through to Jackson’s via the AA about a car they had for sale. James Noyce phoned us first thing on the Tuesday to discuss the Kia. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the car, he sent us a video highlighting any issues that he found which he thought we would need to know about as my husband is very fussy! Everything was great and he even got the car on a ramp and got the technician to check it over underneath as my daughter (who is herself a vehicle technician in Kent could see on the photo what looked like dirty water or oil under the car in the showroom) James sent us photos to show there was no oil leak and we phoned him up straight away and purchased the car. Excellent service from James who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He is a credit to Jackson’s and we would highly recommend. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new vehicle.

Having gone to view a Mercedes at the end of October, I asked Matthew if it was possible for a few cosmetic touch ups which to his credit he totally agreed to rectify, so I paid my deposit and awaited a collection date.

Collecting my car on the 14th of November, I unfortunately experienced a droaning noise on the motorway. Returning the vehicle one of the directors (Sher) was immediately on to having his team identify the issue ( buckled wheel ) and options to fix.

Contacted the next day by Sher, he said a wheel company already had the car and as a good will gesture would check all of the wheels and have them re-sprayed silver ( as I had said i preffered silver rather than the original graphite look ).

Pushing the boat out a little i did ask if they would consider a contribution to the scheduled gearbox service in 1200 miles time. Although expecting a kind "No" Matthew offered £120 towards the service ( cost of the parts ) which i was over the moon with.

Have had the car over a month now and really happy with it and how they went above and beyond to rectify my wheel issue etc. I have phoned the garage and spoke to the other director Adam to thank him and his team.

They probably won't be happy ive said I got money off them for this service, as everyone will be asking for something similar now im sure!?

Jacksons is a super family-run business. No pressure sales. I'm delighted with my new car. Adam knew everything there is to know about cars and James completed the smooth handover. I would highly recommend this secondhand car sales company to anyone looking to buy.
